Echogenicity uses a "Vivid I" by GE medical for all echocardiograms. This machine is very portable, being only slightly larger than a lap-top and so we are able to visit GP practices and other venues with ease. The equipment we use is the latest technology used for echocardiograms. Specifications include high quality 2D/M-Mode imaging, Colour flow mapping (based on the velocity of blood flow) and Tissue velocity imaging etc.
